This cancellation and refund policy apply as general terms and conditions for availing services and purchase of products of auramaven. Additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of the particular service, promotion and products. This cancellation and refund policy subject to change without any prior notice. Hence, customers are requested to refer to the cancellation and refund policy from time to time and before availing any service. Further, by availing the services/purchasing products, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted all the below mentioned terms and conditions in this cancellation and refund policy.

Refund

Unfortunately we can NOT offer you a refund or exchange on the services you purchased at auramaven.
But you can reschedule the appointment and get the services booked on the rescheduled day as per the availability of appointment, online. The rescheduling is allowed maximum 2 times. If rescheduling or cancellation of appointment for services are made on the day of services, then additional amount of Rs. 1500 is liable for payment by the customer.

These items are to be used within the mentioned period as after that they are lapsed.
The above items are non returnable and no cash against the same is entitled.

Cancellation of Membership Plan
You can cancel the membership plan any time, but NO refund is provided for the remaining period of membership. If the plan is cancelled then benefits linked to the plan are terminated. If you want to avail membership plan again then you have to buy it once again, though it is in the same period of validity of cancelled plan.

Refunds due to failed online payment transections.
Refund due to the failed online payment transection will be processed by our online payment partner Razorpay. In such cases the refund rules of Razorpay will apply. All customers are requested to go through the Razorpay refund policy towards failed transection before processing the online payment.
Normally it takes 5 to 7 working days to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
